Shipping Locations:

Currently, we only deliver within Ontario, Canada.

We aim to expand our delivery areas in the future, please stay tuned for updates.

Shipping Rates:

• Within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA): We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the GTA. This includes Toronto and its surrounding regions.

• Outside the Greater Toronto Area: For orders outside of the GTA but still within Ontario, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply.

Delivery Time:

• GTA Deliveries: Orders within the GTA are typically delivered within 2-5 business days.

• Outside the GTA: For deliveries outside the GTA, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive.

 

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

 

Shipping Carrier:

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

While we strive to ensure that your package is delivered safely, Doggie Fest Toronto is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped and you have received the tracking information, the responsibility for the package is transferred to the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please follow these steps:

1. Check the Tracking Information: Verify the delivery status and location using the provided tracking number.

2. Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier directly for assistance. They can provide detailed information and support for lost or stolen packages.
