We Support Animal Rescues and Non-Profits
At Doggie Fest, we are committed to creating opportunities for animal rescues and non-profit organizations dedicated to the welfare of animals. We understand the crucial role these groups play in our community and are proud to support their efforts through our events.
Special Discount Pricing
We offer a special discount rate of a $50 table fee for each booth. This fee covers part of the event costs, including marketing and advertising, ensuring that the festival reaches a wide audience and draws attention to your important cause.
Festival Guidelines
- To ensure the well-being of the animals and to facilitate a controlled adoption process, animals are not permitted to go to their forever homes directly from the festival.
- Use this festival as a platform to increase community awareness about your organization. It’s an excellent opportunity to build up your foster list, showcase adoptable pets, and raise funds for your foundation.
- Only bring animals that are comfortable in busy, loud settings and are friendly with other dogs, humans, and children. Make sure to pack necessary supplies such as water, bedding, and cleaning items for your animals.
- Have a backup plan in place to promptly return any animal not thriving in the festival environment to your shelter or foster home, ensuring you can manage your booth without interruptions.
Proceeds Sharing
We will select up to two animal rescue & Non-profit organizations as our primary beneficiaries to ensure that our financial support makes a significant impact. These chosen rescues receive a portion of the proceeds from the event, aiding them in their mission to care for and protect animals.
Eligibility for Beneficiaries
- Be officially recognized as a non-profit organization.
- Demonstrate a clear, impactful use of funds.
- Commit to active participation in the festival and adherence to our guidelines.
*Rescues not selected as primary beneficiaries are still encouraged to participate. You can receive a discounted booth space to engage with the community, educate attendees about their work, and receive direct donations.
