Cancellation Policy for Event Tickets

Refund Eligibility: Full or partial refunds may be available depending on the timing of the cancellation and the specific terms outlined below.
Refund eligibility is determined by the date and time of the cancellation request. -
Cancellation Timeframes: Early Cancellation: Requests received 14 days or more before the event date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Late Cancellation: Cancellation requests received within 14 days of the event date may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@doggiefest.ca. The refund amount, if applicable, will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days from the date of the cancellation request. -
Event Postponement or Cancellation: In the event of a rescheduled or postponed event, tickets will generally be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, the refund policy will apply based on the terms mentioned herein.
If an event is canceled without a rescheduled date, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund. -
Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of the event organizer, the refund policy may be subject to change.

Transferability: Tickets are generally non-transferable. If the ticket is transferable, the new ticket holder must adhere to the same cancellation policy.
