Booth Information

  • 6' x 6' Indoor Booth:   $150 (Sold out)

  • 10' x 10' Outdoor Booth: $250

  • The booth fee includes provided space only. Exhibitors are responsible for providing and setting up their own tables, chairs and all other booth supplies. We offer rentals for an extra cost, please indicate on your application form should you need them.

  • All food vendors for humans must be in line with local and provincial requirements including preparing all food in a certified and inspected kitchen. You will also be required to fill out a form for the health unit if your application is accepted.

How to Apply

1. Complete the Application Form: Fill out our vendor application form with your business details and send us any additional materials, such as product images or marketing materials.
2. Confirmation: Once your application is reviewed and approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with further details and next steps.
